Looking for a few new places to get ingredients from. I use a couple local and some out of state(NC) farms and purveyors such as Mild to Wild, but looking for a source that has mass quantities available and unique chiles like jolokia and savina

I was actually just searching for the same thing on here and thats how I found your post. 
what are you calling mass quantities and are you talking about fresh peppers?
Funny thing is, I started off doing that and still do for my super hots that I use in my blend, but do to volume, I am looking for a company that can give me more.

I would prefer fresh but I would adjust if mash or pulp was only available.
