Peppers Blossoming!

I still have about two weeks before planting in the garden and some of my plants (about 6" tall) are popping out blossoms.

Do I leave them on the plant or pinch them off???

Take Them Off just so they can get stronger and bigger, once they are bigger they will jump back with even more blossoms

+1 pinch those pre-mature blossoms and let the plant focus it's energy toward getting bigger and stronger first. Then let it go crazy. I usually wait until my plants are twice that size.
