Peppers year round for sale???

If you could supply all year long how would you keep fresh peppers years round and what varieties would you have available?

It would depend on a number of factors. Most notably:

1) Price of peppers
2) Shipping costs
3) Selection

If a local store carried fresh peppers year around (particularly super hots)I'd regularly buy small quantities. I could see myself ordering online but I'd need to see either very good bulk prices or remarkably cheap shipping costs.
