pests Pest eggs on bottom of plant

Hello all, first real post other than the welcome.

I've checked the pest ID thread and aren't able to see or click any of the pictures for any of the bugs.

I have what looks like little rice-shaped eggs (not sure if they are really eggs, but they never move when trying to wipe them off.)

Need a bit of help on the ID. The Chili's and eggplant (pics are of my eggplantd due to easy size) are all in containers and in Taiwan (not sure if region helps)

It seems like they are on every plant on both of my balconies minus my herbs and peppermint/ spearmint.

Sorry if the question gets asked millions of times, I just haven't seen any posts with these types of size/ shape.

Aphids
Little sap-suckin' bastiges spread fast.
Use Organocide if you can find it.
As I feared. I will have to see what types of organicides I can purchase here. Or any, "ancient Chinese secrets" the Taiwanese have dealing with them. There is one English speaking plant center here, awesome old lady. I'll have to run by there after work and see what she suggests. Any otc things I can try in the meantime?

Thanks for the quick response.
Didn't mean to best answer my response. Damn phone!

The little woman bought some plants from a big box store. Few days next to my peppers and I had a full aphid infestation. Ordered some lady bugs to fight back. Now I have no aphids and the only eggs on the bottom of my leaves are lady bug eggs
