review PexPeppers Passionate Manzano Heat Review

Nice review and nice sauce.
good work guys
the reason why you didn't taste the peppers because Rocotos/Manzanos are actually fruity themselves, they taste nothing like regular pepper, unlike any other variety, the manzano pepper can be easily mistaken with fruit if just cooked in jams for example. it will be like a hot spicy jam. in addition to that, the fruit is vert thick and not very hot. one time i bough pickled manzano from a local Mexican store, if i didnt know what they were i would said this is peach or some other fruit just lil spicy.

Interesting review.

Pex, what do you think the percent of peppers would be in the sauce? Reason I ask is that monzanos can get pretty hot if you include the whole pepper except the seeds. This is the second review I have seen this year with a pube based sauce and both have been on the milder side according to the reviewer. I would think pubes in a high enough concentration would be able to make a decently hot sauce but I haven't tried it yet.

if i had to guess i would say ~42 percent seeing as its thin like tobasco sauce.
