PH Tester?

What do you guys use for a PH Tester? Are there ones specifically designed for the kitchen? Am I just supposed to use the one I have in the garden for testing soil. :-) Thanks.
 
I use this Hanna pH tester for now-

It works good, I use the buffer solutions to calibrate, but I don't rely on it to get the sauce to within an "nth" of percentage of being safe.

It works to make sure I'm within the pH range required for the sauce, but everything I sell, get's tested by a food lab for proper certification.



It's a good "entry level" meter for a pretty reasonable price.
 
I use the Hanna, just like SalsaLady.

I'm not saying it's 100% accurate, but it certainly gets you in the ballpark.
