grilling Picked up the Grill of Doom!

Well, we've had our eyes on this little gem for a while now. Picked it up yesterday morning. Just have to swap out the nuts and bolts for stainless steel ones, and this thing will now be traveling with us to most of our outdoor events.

well, color me green, that thing looks....looks.....(can't think of another good adjetive so I'll go with what ^^^ said)... badass, is right! Whatcha planning on cooking on it? More than wings?
 
That is Awesome!! How big is the cooking surface?
The dimensions of the unit are 109"x26"x43". We'll be using it mainly for large outdoor events for grilling up wings. We have been using turkey fryers for years, but at large events, even with 4-5 fryers going, we sometimes can't keep up with the demand, this alleviates all problems, as it fits 50-60 pounds of wings at once. It collapses down as well. and fits in our existing trailer. The only slight downside is it weighs well over 200 pounds. Thanks God it has wheels.
 
Where do the tanks go?

That thing needs to be Defconed up with biohazad symbols and some mad science.
