Doing a Photo trip on June 19 so I figured try some pickled Sausages.
 
Chicken Sausages (from costco)
Red Onions
Atomic Peppers 2x
Dill
Caraway seeds
Salt
Honey
ACV
 
Cooked Sausages at 350f for 30min, then dunked right away and placed in fridge.
