I would ask a local Trini, not people here (sorry!). The names for different peppers are different from one part of the world(or country) to another and then you have language differences (even within a language). I believe in Trinidad, ANY sweet to medium hot pepper of ANY species is called a pimento instead of aji dulce. Now I don't know for sure if "seasoning" peppers are the same as "pimentos", or even if "seasoning pepper" is just a label given to these peppers by foreigners. PLEASE ask a local first though, there should be someone who could tell you. As a disclaimer, there are plenty of VERY knowledgable people on these forums/boards, so i don't mean to discredit them. I only came to this conclusion from reading through cookbooks from Trinidad and Tobago, when they would talk about Pim(i?)ento, they would show what I know as "aji dulce", not what I thought looked like a Spanish/Italian Pimiento.
