Well, all things aside, am going for posting a pic. But first, a redux on the ingredients:
Pork, eggs, coconut powder, pineapple, jalapenos, aji habanero, scallions, garlic, ginger, mace, allspice, sea salt, lemongrass, thai curry paste, cayenne powder. This was IN the meatballs, then after initially browning with a tad of olive oil, simmered them in Thai chile-ginger sauce. Forgot to mention the aji habaneros above, as well as the cayenne powder, and that I used more jalapeno than I did last time. These were good the first time, but exceptional this time.
