I been doing that too! lol Every 3rd water one multi vitamin per gallon. Crush it into a fine powder and mix in! It works! Only problem is vitamins are typically more expensive than plant supplements, but I had some we never used anyway. The plants use the calcium, b vitamins, c vitamins, magnesium...almost everything in there. Good luck on the experiment, hope it show you some great results!

Could be spider mites...check very closely on the underside of the leaves with a magnifying glass. I think a leaf curl virus would hit some of the older leaves too. I would cut down on the water a bit as well and see what happens.

if its spider mites how come it only affect the new growths, i found mealy bugs and fix that problem with azamax 2weeks ago, and it showed the affected areas, i just flushed them last night to remove the excess ferts on my containers, so ill wait if that works out,

try repotting them with soil that has no fertilizer in it and in larger pots see what happens

thanks your friend Joe

ok joe, i have to look for soil that has no fertilizer on it i have root pouches arrived i might put them in there

Mites and aphids will both hit all the leaves...but they much prefer the young tender growth. So don't rule them out unless you do a good inspection with a magnifying glass.

Check out this photo of broad mite damage...

Looks pretty much identical to your issue.
Good luck,
Shane

Your plants look great! Are these the ones that got overheated?
your grow looks like it's going great guns! Good luck this summer.

Dude, somehow i missed your fourth page. Leaf curl - not cool.
I'd take those to a plant specialist so you can get a definitive diagnosis.
Really hard to tell without a hands-on inspection.

ill wait for a week or 2, if i fix the problem, but i dont know if the affected areas will go back to normal, i flushed them thinking its OD, gonna water less after that, and sprayed some azamax this morning, hopefully its one of those things i did see some pests and i crushed it i dunno what kind tho its very very small and i saw it on my new growth leaves from my bhut this morning, so i didnt think twice and mix some azamax

I'd be really surprised if those deformed leaves straightened out totally. Next time you see a bug, grab a photo and maybe we can i.d. it.

Looking really good, PP. The purples are very cool looking.
I've got a Red Caribbean going, so I'm glad to see what it
might turn out like. Hope you get that curl problem licked.

and my aerogarden starter kit in 2 days it has 14 roots popping out already...btw 3 of the is the bonda jacques by spicegeist, some folks here had having hard time to germinate them

P.S. i never pre soaked or anything all the seeds in the starter kit, everything came out from the envelop and straight to the holes
