here we go my first ever glog, this my first time growing peppers so please bare with me with my unorganized plants and pictures.my growing medium is MG potting mix, MG moisture potting mix, perlite, red and black cindersused jiffy pellets and my aerogarden to sow my seeds.

hopefully my plan works...i sauteed onions then garlic, then pepper and rosemary, then i drained oil and glaze it with white wine

 
Your process is nothing I've ever seen before Jericson, but it looks like it'll work. Hmm... infusing the peppers before drying them... :think: Let us know how it comes out for you. If it works for you, I'll probably give it a try myself this season. Good on ya!

Its been a habit of mine to infuse everything i can think of, so why not infuse them before drying, Hopefully it dries quick, and not get burnt, if not ill try to use maltodextrin in it.

i dont have any resources or anything, i just use my imagination and experience inside the kitchen..

The smoked and infused powder looks really interesting.
Should be very flavorful.  Was that herb Rosemary?

yep babies...
powder is awesome for my tasting....my last batch is still on the process but its almost done

yep starter kit  works great saves space also when germinating,
babies is on there dorm now, soon they will get there final home after they graduate
 
they are flavorful but lost some spiceness on it but its all G...im loving the flavor and its only half way done
