True but I have 30 oysters in the shell, 16 pints of shucked, pound of venison and other stuff that needs consumed. Maybe once I get a dough recipe I will test it out later in the week.

It'll happen this spring. I've only good weather for 2 weekends in the past 2 months and I smoked meat on both of them.
