health Plant is becoming less productive, sick plant?

hmm, surprised I missed this thread before, but that stuff on the stem is what I had when mine were having water issues, (over watering them) but I have fixed it now for the most part.. I'm still trying to figure out some of the "bubbly" leaves, but think I am going to pick up some Cal-Mag to see if that helps soon, but I only noticed it when that stuff was a brown/white almost color.. or something like that.. but whatever it was, it wasn't that green, so I don't know, let us know what happens once you pot up and probably change your soil mixture a little or something.. or less water, I don't know, but let us know.. because if you can fix it I would be very interested to see what it was from
