plant not producing pollen?

why isnt 1 of my chilli plants producing pollen?
am i trying to self pollonate at wrong time of day please help
only have 1 plant with flowers rest are still on way

if you have blossoms you should have pollen....

Do you mean there is no pollen on the stamens? If the flowers are open then I thought it was just there day and night, until the flower is spent and dying. It could be that bees have been sucking it all up?

When I have done crossing experiments sometimes you can see the pollen and it visibly gets all over the brush or whatever you are using, and sometimes its invisible but you look closely against the right background and its there.

A full on macro pic would help if you've got one of those cameras. Wish I did

You must have a Fatalii or a Choco Hab. I have this same problem. It looks like there is no pollen at all and you can spend the whole day with a paint brush trying to pollenate it still the flowers drop. I started using pollen from C. Annuum and C. Baccatum as they blow out lots of pollen. You land up with crosses if you save the seeds, but oh well, its better than no pods.

I have the same issues, but mine right be for other reasons. I think my hydro nutrient mix is off for that stage.
