Plant spacing

Hi all,
I'm in the process of setting up a dutch bucket system and was wondering if you can help me choose the right plants.
The intended setup is this:

The tile size is 30 cm or almost a foot, so i have about 2 feet between rows in the middle
And I was thinking on planting according to the below list:

1-9, and 18-24 will be tomatoes. the rest are peppers.

Do you think it is too crowded?
I was especially concerened about my choice for 10-17.  I need those to be relativly small.
If any of my choices are too big, can you recommend from my selection for rows 25-38 the smaller plants i can switch.

going to be harder to harvest between row 25 / 32

those tomatoes are going to need lots of room / support are you tying them up to that  metal frame?

Tomatoes are w-a-y too close.  We plant ours 3'-4' apart on centers.  You're really not taking into account how large your plants will get.

Just so you understand how large the Superhots can get in a dutch bucket, this is my Trinidad Scorpion from last year. The Bhut Jolakai was almost as big.

The smaller annuums on your list will be fine pretty close together. They won't get this big.

Is that hydroponic?

Probably should've purchased black buckets.

These were the available food grade buckets, and i plan on covering them with the white/black plastic.  So hopefully i will not have an algea issue.

Thanks for the advice, i've eliminated row 32-38 and will go with a simpler design.
The metal frame is a modular "Gazibo" that i plan to use as trellis

You're going hydroponics?

Yes, Dutch bucket hydroponics.
you can check out some very good video on youtube if you search dutch bucket hydroponic tomatoes

i personally recommend mhpgardener, and Brock Hughes  though you are now starting to see more and more people trying it.

Thanks for the feedback, i've changed my order and have placed the annums in the middle, and super hots on the outside.

Below is an updated shot, I've placed them on cinder blocks and wood to test fit and it looks OK to me.
I've also chanaged my list based on the new design.
