The box without the 4 way splitter is from Refining Fire Chiles and the 4 way divided box is from chileplants.com. There were 24 plants all between 5-8 inches tall in the box from chileplants.com and 12 in the box from refining fire chiles. Shipping cost for 24 plants via UPS was $26 and the 12 plants via USPS was $18.50. Not a single plant was damaged on either shipment. These were regular cardboard boxes using box partitions and damn good packing. I betting you could get something like it from here http://www.innerpak.com/
Chileplants.com uses the little cardboard tops over each plant and refining used tape, both worked well. I think this is probably the only way to ship, trust me I was a delivery driver for UPS in college and Ive seen what can happen to packages.
