Plastic cups

Cheers mate.
You can't beat job security huh!! Yeah most mines over here are pretty good West Oz is the the best pay and easiest to get into from what i know, just simply coz there are so many of them there. IMO drilling is the easiest thing to get into straight off the street. coz an off sider needs absolutely no experience at all. And being Military, they know that you're not scared of workin away. from the Kiwis I've spoken to over here, you're mines pay like crap too??

yeah mate, not flash the pay over here. and not as many opportunities to get in to them, basically have to be in the old boys club, or be family... if not your sh1t out of luck. how long have you been in the mines?

fyi. if you don't wrap them you'll get mold on the insides. See here

that's a good thread mate. Any thoughts on having the outer cup dark and the inner cup clear to get the best of both worlds? get to see when to re pot, and the safety of covering?

I use those little plastic screw top urine testing pots complimentary from the doctor.

nice, how'd ya get onto those? Just takin a leak at the quacks one day and thought "these would be great for potting up to"?
Good idea though. Just goes to show there is no limit to what can be used for growing plants.

Yeah the tin foil wrapping worked very well for me. I would recommend it.

I have had mine in clear cups and no dramas as of yet.

In actual fact, they have grown super fast in them and no signs of mold.

I only get the green mold and stuff in clear plastic when they're outside.... The few I germinated inside before moving them outside had no issues.... Also, they did seem to dry out faster than containers of the same size that weren't clear....
