So many great sauces on this list - I have most of them and am proud to say I know most of the people behind them. Usually lists like this suck - kudos to the writer as this is a great list!

Nice, that bigfats 7 pot citrus sounds interesting. It didn't make the list but sounds right up my alley.

Everything I've had from BigFats is terrific - 7o8 is one of my favs from them - highly recommended.

The Bigfats 7o8 is one of my favorites on that list. Not counting the Lucky Dog of course
