seeds PLEASE HELP ! Seed viability............

A LOT of my seeds seem to have gotten moist over the winter and got REALLY moldy!

Questions:

#1. Are these seeds garbage?

#2. I DID find some peppers on the ground that had frozen solid all winter.... would THOSE seeds be viable?

I hate to be bearer of bad news, but I think that the moldy seeds are probably bad as well as the frozen pods outside. However, if I were to plant any of them, I would try the ones from outside.

Kinda what I tho't.... but I agree on the frozen ones. Tomatoes and peppers are always popping up from previous years, so maybe I will try them.

If not I will have NO datils this year
