Can't quite tell what is going on, but it looks like your lights may be giving off to much heat and is drying out your soil to fast??

What do you want to know?  You are growing indoors which means you dont have many pollinators which could lead to the pod differences you are showing us.   (I think that is what you are asking?)

Yeah the question is what pepper plant is this? The pods are so varied and we have no idea what to think.
