This dog is coming down from some anesthesia. I couldn't stop laughing.


In his head he keeps thinking, "Hello!....... Hello!.....Hello!.......Hello!"
 
ok I'm gonna take a good guess that the dog was NOT coming down from anesthesia, cuz you dont come down...you wake up & if the dog had any kind of vet surgery the dog would of been left at the vet until it was fully awake (but on pain killers if needed)
then a dead give away the music....they fed the dog some weed or shrooms ;)

I've smoked out dogs before, they don't get like that. Seems like he was enjoying it though.
