smoking Pork Roasts

I wish I had taken some pics but I forgot the camera. For the 4th of July we had a family cookout. Once again I was the cook for the day. I fired up the grill at about 8am. Set it up for inderect grilling. I seasoned 2 10 lb pork roasts with my very own meat rub. I stoked the lump coal with a real good helping of Hickory chunks and put the meat on the grill. These roasts cooked up awesome. Ready to eat at around 4 pm. Yup 8 hours cook time (true Bar b Que, low and slow) I thin sliced the roasts ( the juice was just oozing out everywhere) and smuthered them with my sweet apple BBQ sauce. every one ate till they were full and I got lots left over to make pulled pork sandwiches with!!!!! Next time I will take pictures!!!!!!
