smoking pork tenderloins tied together after brining and smoked

These were smoked with Apple wood and dry rubbed then finished with a habit Bbq sauce. Cooked to 145 deg rested for 15 min.

Very nice smoke flavor. Not heavy cooked for friends who weren't big on smoked foods. Emphasis on weren't. :)

Sweet roasted baby carrots and shallots done with evoo fresh garlic brown sugar and drizzle of spiced honey to finish, roasted asparagus evoo garlic, salt and pepper red pepper flakes squeeze of lemon., Yukon gold potatoes gratin with roasted garlic and shallots fresh parsley and tarragon s and p and cream. My wife made her famous banana pudding and strawberry rhubarb pie. Coffee and cocktails. Was a great evening with fantastic friends. :) Cheers all. And thanks.
