hybrids Possible cross?

Started a bunch of seed from the same Thai Hazelwood pepper. Ended up choosing two plants to grow that looked like complete opposites from the beginning. Seeds were not mixed up, they are 100% from the same pepper. Peppers are just starting to take off after their hardening off/ transplanting phase so they could end up looking the same after some good growth. But at the moment they still look pretty different.  Plant # 1 has flowers that are 2-3 times larger then plant # 2 for a size reference. But Plant # 2 is a much bigger bushier plant so far then # 1. Any thoughts?
