You got me there... I only tried it once and was too afraid to do so again.

Seriously now, those are my go-to vinegars for quick snacks (chips, pizza and so on...). not really sauces, but proper vinegars.

that was mine about a3 months or so ago. hasent gotten much bigger. just some of the bottles are a little emptyer or fuller. hopefully before the snow fly's i'll have a couple more to add.

As you can see, A few bottles are empty and some are very low. The hottest bottle is the one in the front. it is Mad Dog 357 magnum 5,000,000 scoville extract. The unlabled bottle with the orange sauce is my own Habanero sauce I made.
