Thanks. Real surprise. So bushy I know I couldn't get one of those pick-up-sticks I played with as a kid into the center of the plant without hitting a leaf.

If bhut crosses are allowed in this thread:

I crossed a yellow bhut x red trinidad moruga scorpion, started 100 seeds, 80~ took, (2 storms)...50~ reached maturity....

And only had one plant with red pods. The yellow guys all had that flowery-"she's-doing-the-laundry"-bhut-taste.....the red one...was as fruity as a week in Costa Rica:

Some of the other phenotypes that showed up:

"Not yellow jays ghost scorpion:"

"Not an aji dulce:"

I hope a friend will chime in cause I sent him some pods and I'm interested to see if he agrees with me....

Peach Bhut Jolokia Selected Strain with stinger.
I got a few of these like this on one of my plants guessing that these will be hotter & the ones without them are hot & tasty to boot
Some are almost white with a peach blush

That's some great looking grass you have... !!!! What's that creamy thing your holding in your hand though ??  lol..

Just kidding, it looks the goods even if it is blurry ...

It isn't very scary looking but this little beauty is the hottest thing I have had this summer so far.  Colour is a bit off on the pictures.  It is more orange than yellow.  I blame the piss poor camera in my phone.

When photographing peppers, try to make more light in the room or on the pod and not use a camera / phone flash .. It will illuminate the underlying white flesh brightening the pepper, usually making red pods (especially chinense) look bright orange / fluro and orange pods look yellow etc ..

Bhut Jolokia?

Not exactly. They are (Not) Peach Jay's Ghost Scorpion.

These are from two plants I grew from seeds saved from the pod mentioned in this post.

I have another plant grown from seeds from the same pod that is making Peach pods.
