I've got many uses for my peppers. I use some fresh, smoke some, dehydrate some, make sauces/salsas, freeze some, make lots of poppers/rellanos, I give some away, I pickle some(I got a huge pickle jar this year), I make oils, vinegars, alcohols, pesticides, and I also like to play practical jokes Maybe also some Fatalii maple syrup, and BBQ or steak sauce new for this year.
