Well, Sicman, everyone at hot pepper night loved the smoked bhut powder. The whole bar tried it in various things and a few of the extra tables full of people joined in. They fried up some large mushroom slices and used the powder in the batter and all kinds of people said they loved it. We used it in the stuffing of the Ancient Sweet peppers along with chesses, bacon, and onions. we also use dit two other foods and it works well with lots of applications. I make a lot of my own powder, but being smoked like this makes it unique. For anyone else, this is killer and you need to buy all he has. I know at least 5 people who will want more of this later in the season. I gave away 2 of the 3 ounces for presents and these guys were so happy to get it. Thanks a lot for the offer. Tom
