interesting, but you don't list any prices flat out. kind of feels dishonest.
I see the minimum order and maximum price on there. Your minimum order is 250 pieces, which you will pay a maximum of .20 for. I don't know if it has to hit the group quantity of 2500 or not.
The price is listed is based on how many order. It is designed to allow for small orders to be combined and get the volume price. The qty such as 5000 pcs is divided up by all that order not just one company.
Company A order 1000
Company B order 500
Company C order 1000
Company D order 2250
And E order 250
Everyone gets the 5000 piece price.
