When I saw the title "prairie fire" my first thought was when I turned 21 and I was in Yuma Arizona for training while I was in the Corp...the boys took me out to the strip club and lined up 21 shots of praire fires (tequila and hot sauce) shots...needless to say I ended up spitting at the strippers and blacking out....what a night that I still don't know what happened ...

That doesn't look like the cultivar "Prairie Fire", I think tags got mixed up or seeds mixed up. Prairie Fire is an edible ornamental with small green leaves and yellowish  ripening to red fruits.
