How many lbs were those roast? Want 1lb a person right?

5 lbs, both were. You will get 4 nice size thick pieces like on my plate from a 4 lb one. I suggest 5 lbs for every 5 people.

Those "Black" grade one's exceed Prime spec, and and I've even butchered/disambiguated the deckle from it before ... which was rewarding to say the least.
