been using up the rest of the chilli beef... or trying to anyways... so here's some pics....

chili beef with cheese and jalepeno's wrapped in pastry... didnt quite turn out how I hoped but its tasty anyways..

they taste pretty good.. i wanted them to be all wrapped up but some came undone.. the undone ones were more tasty than the proper ones! i still have a tonne of beef left.. it might be going in the freezer.. i'm getting beefed out :D

yeah the iron is good for me :) i still have to work out what to do with the rest of it.. probably freeze it and then bring it out once i'm back at work for easy cooking nacho's :)
