problem !! deformed leaves help!!

I had searched the forums and got mixed results and would like to try for some definite answers on my problem, new leaves now are curling and they are small and deformed and yellowish. I have looked at all the plants with magnification and have no pests and I have been doing everything the same other than Just doing a pot up last week

Assuming these are chinenses- some habanero variety? Older leaves are bit curly too, dark brown color, could be overfertilization. Did any conditions like temperature and light change recently? If so you might adjust your irrigation cycles / amount of ferts too.
 
Those plants will be fine, but a little bonemeal will help iron that out ... literally ...

Just sprinkle a little around the base and water in ....

so with the bone meal I know it takes a lil time to set in will it effect the fertilizer schedule? the bone meal is 6-9-0
