problem with jalepenos

i have a jalepeno i brought inside in sept, since then i have a few peppers on the plant about 2in. or so , i did not notice any flowering and the peppers have no heat. inthe past 2 weeks the plant is flowering like crazy. i am using 1000watt MHB. any input would be awesome. thanks and good luck growing in the NEW YEAR.

I don't really understand what your problem is??? Just give the pods some time to ripen and mature. If there still is no heat, then your seeds are a bust.
