Who can guess what time the first inmate will be booked in on 8/17/2015?
 
RULES
Open to US residents only unless the vendor will ship to your country.
There will be one guess per person per day.
No edits. Any edits will be void.
 
The jail's website tells you down to the second what time an inmate was booked into jail but for the purposes of this contest we will only use the hours and minutes.
The jail's website uses EDT so your answer must also be in EDT.
In the event that two people have the exact same guess then the first person who guessed it is the owner of that particular guess.
YOU MUST GUESS THE EXACT TIME (HOUR AND MINUTE) TO WIN.
Please remember to use AM or PM
If no one wins I will add another dollar on to the prize and we will try it again on a different day.

If you win, you tell me what you want from the website and I will place the order and have it shipped to your address. 
The limit for today is $2. This must include product and shipping costs. 
 
In the event that I mess this up then I will be the judge of who I feel is the winner. My judgement is final.
