Promix Vegetable and Herb...

Anyone use this? I will be up potting from 3.5 gallons (thought they were 5 gallon but was wrong). I see a lot of people using promix, but I haven't seen this one inparticular. It's a little pricy, so I thought I'd ask before pulling the trigger.

I can't speak to that exact mix, but I'm using the pro-mix ultimate organic this season with good results so far.

I have no experience with the stuff.  Sorry.
But..  I think it will probably be a lot cheaper to buy a "lesser" variety of soil, along with a bottle of fish emulsion or other good fertilizer.
You'll likely need to buy ferts of some sort anyway - with Tucson's climate, any soil will start to peter out before the end of the growing year.

I've used this with very good results. I've tried other cheaper potting soils, but my best winter starts have been with promix.

I agree, used to use MG mix in the past and always had bad fungus gnats or whatever. This year using the Pro-Mix Ultimate, I have had zero issues with bugs. *knocks on wood...*

Same here, good results, comparable to Fox Farms Ocean Forest.
