I've pickled cherries before but I love making stuffed peppers with 'em. They are awesome!!!

That Indian Carbon pod looks interesting because it's ridgy up top and smoother at the bottom.

I'm really starting to like the flavor of Cumari Pollux (thanks for the seeds Wayright) and so far have been unimpressed with the taste of Capsicum parvifolium. Not necessarily bad, just a little odd.

So many to choose from. I'll always have a special place for Chiltepin in my grow list (and heart ) but CAP 501 is really starting to sneak up with Cumari Pollux in a close second.
