bastages, I could go for some nice smoked anything right now. But too lazy to shovel a path to the smoker. Maybe in a few days supposed to be above freezing most next week during the days.

Thanks! It tasted great. Both were very different. I used a traditional rub on the one, and a garlic based rub on the other.
