Oh dear God.... Thats about all I can say.
I recently got some of Brians (Kneppers Peppers) sauces in the mail. I started with the HABermelon. Found this sauce very well put together. The sweetness of the watermelon, combined with the creeping up heat of the habs was excellent! The heat is there, but not overpowering. After trying this sauce stand alone on a spoon, I thought it would go GREAT on a pulled pork sandwich, and I was right! I think that JayT was spot on with his review, and with the flavors combined with my recipe for pulled pork, should be in a restaurant somewhere!
