My Halloween Feast

Heritage Pumpkin (took many years to find pumpkin that does not have the spaghetti texture flesh)
Chicken precooked Sous Vide
Cranberries
Walnuts
Cooking onions.
Garden Garlic
Garden Potatoes
Garden herbs, rosemary, thyme, oregano.
Garden peppers, Sriracha, Hot Portugal, Sweet Pepper.
Morel Mushrooms
Dried Tomatoes
Dried Habanero powder mix
White cheddar.

Ohhh very nice dragon...looks like one of those fancy holiday themed catered meals.
Love the morels in there as well, I try and get out a couple times during the summer for some wild mushroom picks

Pumpkin Pizza

Was going to post in Pizza thread but no Dough involved.
 
Pumpkin base.
Filling chicken thighs, peppers, onions, Mushrooms. Habanero pepper powder mix.
 
(Grow light got in the way creating pink hot spots)
