Punn's Newbie GLOG

I guess I can start a GLOG on here since its easier to update! I'll start from the begining and work my way forward. I think I'm doing "Okay" for being a newbie at this. Much help from the people on here has got me past some "hiccups"! Thanks every, enjoy, and as always SUGGESTIONS!! I started from seed on 2/25/2012

The begining when things were leggy and looked in trouble!

I didn't take pics of my first pot up. Basically Just moved everything into solo cups! And from that point on they did well, for the most part. Have some that stunted, some that died, some that burned, but mostly all good! So my second pot-up happened 3 weeks ago.

And then today, 3 weeks after the movement of plants I had to do it again. My bolivian rainbows (since they are ornimental) have taken off like weeds! And my white habs grew some good root systems that had hit the sides of the containers, So I went right to 8inch pots.

The weather this weekend was oh so nice to my plants while I was out of town, I have 6 in the ground and the rest in pots, gotta get my top soil turned to plant the rest. Here are some update pics.

My bhut that is still in pot, 1 is in the ground (lots of new growth, some leaf spots but all is minor stuff)

When I came home from out of town I was worried everything would be wilted and such but I put it all in shaded areas and watered well before I left town, I come home after 4 days to AWESOME growth! Can't wait for the super hots to come out, My 7pots are doing quite well too lots of growth and branching!

Nice progress Nick. Did you guys get any of those storms? Looked like you guys might have had a tornado alittle north of you.

We got hit with the rain and thunder and winds but the plants loved it, I have them where they didnt get hit with much rain h2o and the growth was nuts. Some of my plats grew 6inches when I was gone for 4 days!

Everything is planted out! 35 peppers in total in the ground, finally have fruit setting on my bigger white and choc habs and on my bhuts! Loving it! come on pepper!!!

You have done a great job brother. That wall doesn't look like Western PA. When things get crankin this summer we Will have to hook up and trade some pods,and tell a Couple lies.

Just some single plant shots. Sorry for the blurry on some of them, my phone wouldn't focus! I'm loving where they are, they are all strong and healthy!!!!!

This was the FIRST and i mean FIRST hook I got this season, I kept it marked so I knew which one it was, it is also my biggest plant!!!!!! He had some issues in the beginning, in fact at one point he was damn near dead, now he is my best looking, big flowers, 2 foot tall!!!!

Next is my ghost pepper and a pic of some fruit finally setting!

My white habs all are bushy and strong like this one!

And my 7pot douglahs are all like this one, I grew them out of a dehydrated pod pack of them and wow!!!

Store bough cayenne plants are kicking some ass! Sorry for the blurry!

And I put out beer traps this AM, saw some sluggage last night!!

Come on peppers! I need me some more pics!!!!

Punn you need to bury that cup so the edge is almost even with soil. The sluggs will fall in much easier and more often

Fishing trip to Erie yesterday netted 120 perch! Guess whos plants are getting fresh fish!

Wow what a great grow. That wall looks amazing. I have little bitty peppers still. Small pods and I just had to move them. I hope mine pop soon. Great growing!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha, thanks! No smallies, just perch. My grow annoys me some. Got some yellow leaves. Plants seem to be over stressed in the sun. Or a missing nutrient or two. But I have pods coming threw!
