Pure Gold- douglah, moruraga, Yeloow 7 and persimmon sauce

It's a great sauce- doesn't kill ya- just hides and complies to its suitor.



Southern African- safari sauce

Green Piri-piri- 1 batch of coriander, 1 green pepper, 2 spring onions, onion, 8 garlic, 1/2 cup olive oil, cup lemon juice, 10 green chillies, salt 1 table spoon, 1 teaspoon sugar.


Pure Gold

2 Persimon, 1 Apple, 1/2 cup apple vinegar, 8 cloves garlic, 2 cups water, 1 douglah, 2 moruga, 1 yellow 7 pod, 1 big ginger piece, olive oil, 1 tablesp. salt, onion, 1 teaspoon thyme. Pure Gold!


North African- desert sand
1 cup Ethiopian coffee extracted from bean, 10 berebere ripe, 10 dry bere bere, 6 cloves, 1 tablesp, cumin, 7 garlic, 1 cup whiskey, 1/2 cup a wild honey.



Thinking- passion fruit , pineapple, mango and raspberry , red onion, star-anis, cinnamon, vanilla, with mouraga- could use tang!
 
Go 4 it, good sheet!

Olive oil is my choice to cook them in
Heat oil, add chillies, turn off and add the thyme and salt. Leave sit
Blend apples, persimmon, vinegar, garlic, ginger and add to pot.
Add water three cups. Turn on
Blend onion- add 1 cup water and ad to sauce sauce
Cook on low heat for an hour adding cool water to slow down.
Let sit and cool after turning off.

Olive oil is my choice to cook them in. some people don't use oil. This sauce is table you don't need gum or corn flour.
