Just checking on all you guys over in the flood zone, Is everyone OK?? Havent seen Gassy post for a few days. I hope you are all OK.

yeah allgood had to evacuate but just missed house by an inch
backyard was about 15 metres deep
mangaged to save all my chilli plants

Glad to know that Gasi is OK and yeah its a good thing that Candice and others are doing..
 
I am all good, thanks for the concern! I managed to get back to the apartment early Thursday morning (D-Day) to make sure everyone was OK. Garages got flooded and water came up around most of the complex but everyone there fine and all units spared. Relief was short lived though as have a friend just two streets over who was not so lucky. He has lost a lot of stuff but the main thing is that he is alright.

Good to hear, mate!

I've heard so many stories and seen with my own eyes just how close some people came. Even seen someone who was spared by one centimetre! But even an inch is absolutely f@#king amazing!
