harvesting Quick question about seed harvesting!

Hey guys :) (sorry if it's the wrong section). I was just wondering, in general, if you want to harvest your seeds from fully grown peppers, how long would you have to wait to plant those seeds after harvesting them? I wanted to go straight from a ground grown pepper, to my hydroponic system for next winter.

You can plant them immediately if you want. I have taken seeds straight out of a fresh pod and put them in soil, with a heat mat, and they germinated without issues.

Yes BlackFatalii is correct.AS SOON AS YOU HAVE RIPE PODS AND BEGIN DESEEEDING THE SEEDS ARE READY.SO YOU CAN PLANT (Sow) as many as you want and rinse and dry out the rest.
