anyone know where to get my hands on some quinoa seeds to grow.. best condition and time to start them..

I know nothing about them, but your local health food store might have them - good place to ask anyways.
For sure hit up an organic style grocery store like Whole Foods or Sprouts. They will sell it in bulk for wayyyyy cheaper than you could buy at a nursery.
so they sell viable seeds there.. ?? hmm never thought of it...
Baker's Creek Heirloom seeds Has them although you may need to special order them there is no extra cost for this that I know of. Jere the owner is a great guy he bought a old Bank and turned it into a seed store in Petalumo Ca. if you want to order from there. Also you can call if you have any problems with seeds or anything else. Oh yes his catalog is like a book as it is so big and has a great number of varieties and color photos. I get all my seed requirements from him I'm lucky to live just 30 miles from him.
