Random nachos sauce

Normally i like to fry onion, black pepper, tomato, hot pepper, tomato. Today i did something different:

1 7pod
1 trinidad scorpion (half green)
2 habanero chocolate
2 habanero red
8 italians pepper
tomato puree
garlic (8 cloves)
honey, 1 tablespoon
1 tangelo juice (tangerine x grapefruit)

Little peppers, but sufficent:

You chop everything that needs to be cut and squeeze the tangelo.
I sauteed briefly the garlic with salt (1 minute maybe 2), then I put the peppers and immediately after the tangelo juice followed by honey. I let cook a couple of minutes or maybe a little more then i put tomato puree and more salt, I cooked until it dried out a bit, then i turned the fire off and put extra virgin olive oil.

Nothing spectacular, but decent taste, fast and simple to do, not very biting but nice burn with some persistency.

Obviously i don't even remotely know if i have cooked properly and if i have used the correct ingredients.

One last thing: i don't store it, i cook and eat in the same or next day...
Suggestions welcome!

Thanks guys for the appreciation! ;)

@frydad4: i wouldn't say it's crazy hot, but has nice little persistency so it grows for a while and the heat it's not immediate. :)
