I get any seeds I might need from Baker's Creek seeds, I live 25 miles from Baker's Creek, Jere the Owner is a Great guy that will bend over backwards for you if you have a problem. He has various festivals going on that I go to, also he has a large garden forum. I really like his catalog.

I think other seed vendors can learn valuable lessons by cruising through the web page. I absolutely love how the buyer reviews are listed when you click on a particular type of seed, so you don't have to completely rely on product descriptions that are usually universally positive and upbeat and therefore meaningless. I managed to find 8 types of seeds I am planning to buy within 10 or 15 minutes of visiting their web page.
