Interesting recipe, that's original! Sooner or later i must try this!
Be sure to cook some spaghetti alla carbonara, with guanciale (cheek lard) and not bacon possibly. And avoid cream at all costs in that recipe, don't trust recipes that say to use it (and i'm a cream lover). Of course heavy on eggs and there's nothing wrong on that! One of the best uses of eggs (some say to use just yolk, i use all egg)!
