4, 5 and 6 petal-flowers on a plant isn`t diagnostic of anything, unfortunately.
As your flowers appear to have blue pollen and white/cream flowers, I`d say you have a C.annuum or a C.chinense. Here`s both.
These are my Yellow bell peppers. Underneath that is a new chili forming on a Trinidad Moruga Blend Scorpion.

Yes, they are cream yellow/green and the pollen is purple. There is more yellowing to the center of the petals, and also purple spots forming. Will take a better shot. It did not set pods, so I nipped them all away and let it grow again. The PPM in the water was way too low too, so that might have been the issue. Will post better pics when new flowers come.... excitement continues
Ok, sorry it took so long. Here is the eight petal flower I discovered. Don't know if it was pollenized or is growing a pepper because I don't remember exactly where it was when I found it.
